probs w/ants, no hot water, and fungus!

This is a really great place as long as you don't care about hot water, ants, and fungus.

These apartments are old and falling apart.

I would love to do some walking around the grounds but the walkways are so cluttered with leaves and construction debris it's nearly impossible.

Yuck!
