Hello

If you are planning on moving to Country Woods in Brea, i advice to think twice, the rents keep on increasing every 6 months, without improvement in your facilities, also the management is very rude, The leasing consultants or assistants are inexperienced and do not know simple math. They give you wrong amounts for pro rating, and do not even revert back if they do a mistake. I just moved out of this place after forcibly staying for a year and two months over there.

Also if you are from some other country you are really treated bad the manager sound racist and boasts she has got too many awards for sincerity, but i believe they are fake.

The apartment folks show discrimination among people living for a longer period to people who are here since a shorter time, If you are here for a long time and take all the ---- they give they allow you to bypass the rules and do anything is what. IS THAT FAIR '''

This apartment is not at all secure for your automobiles.

Also you can see vehicles for SALE in the apartment parking lots Looks like tha management is making money by leasing out the parking space to third parties.

I would end writing a small book with all the problems i had faced while i was living in this place.

Managers Response: Yes, the rents are consistently rising. Managers have no control over this. We take pride in treating all residents equally. Longterm residents typically pay less than new residents. We enjoy that many people of different lifestyles, cultures, etc... choose to live at our property, we invite any and all who qualify. We inspect the grounds weekly and do not allow 3rd parties to use any part of our property. If vehciles have for sale signs, they belong to a resident. The office staff has been consistent with the manager here for 3yrs, leasing consultant 3 yrs, and the asst. mgr 1 yr. We work very hard to please our residents and encourage them to come to us with any concerns. Sorry this person feels otherwise, but typically disgruntled residents use this site as a place to vent rather than coming to me directly. That's too bad.

I am a long tern resident and I can tell you that I just got a $100 rent increase. Believe me, long term residents may get a "slightly" lower rent, but you have to remember what rents were 4 yrs ago when I moved in. As far as improving the facilities, that they have been doing. There has been alot of remodeling inside the apartments as well as outside. When I renewed my lease I was able to get a new stove and microwave as well as my carpet shampooed. Trust me, if I weren't treated with professionalism, I would not have stayed this long. P.S. I'm of middle eastern dessent.
