Pluses...
1.
Easy access to 57 freeway and Brea Mall.
2.
Good location in Brea since East of 57
and in upscale residential neighborhood.
3.
Storage area adjacent to apartment.
Very convenient!
4.
Helpful staff.
5.
Great parking if you have more than one
car.
6.
Overall, a quiet place to live.
Minuses:
1.
Hot water in shower fluctuates.
2.
No central air/heat.
Only wall mounted
a/c - heater combo in living room, and
electric wall mounted heater in bedroom.
3.
Old appliances.
Old cabinetry.
Old
window blinds.
4.
1980's interior/exterior design.
Very
old styling.
Not an attractive
apartment to invite guests.
5.
Cottage cheese ceilings.
6.
Thin walls - can hear neighbors' shower.
7.
Washers/Dryers in community laundry area
are not new.
Some work, some don't.
8.
Bathroom needs complete remodeling.
Old
moldy shower doors.
Old cabinetry
and faucets.
9.
Overpriced for old, 1980's styling.
10.
Upstairs apartments have no sliding
glass door and no patio area.
11.
No great views from apartments.
12.
Ants and silverfish appear sometimes.
13.
No garage.
