I have been living here for about 6 months now and I have not had any problems.

My only issue are my upstairs neighbors, they like to turn on their t.v.

on what feels like surround sound right at 10:30 - 10:45 every night.

The property is nice I like the landscaping and the streams.

You don't see to much of that when you look for an apartment.

It's so calming.

The trees and plants are all great and beautiful, they wouldn't be that way if it weren't for Joel, the gardener.

(I already told the manager about how great he is.)
Orange COunty, especially Brea, are all pretty pricey and when you look at the surrounding complexes you will get your monies worth here more than anywhere else! I recommend this place to anyone! (I have already referred to people I know and they live here and love it as well!)
With the landscaping and the people that work here, the place is a great place to live!
