Good enviroment when it comes to the residents, but when it comes to staff, HORRIBLE!!!
They trap you in with the scenary and "kindness" and once you sign that lease, you are just a puppet in which the management uses to lure in and trap other potential tenants.
It seems that living there is ment to serve the management, but not the residents.
Nothing in the balcony/patio, poor services, no protection, apartments MUST be clean, bad parking area, rent is way to high for the terrible service and a HORRIBLE staff.
Minors are treated with complete lack of respect.
Looked as just a piece of crap that can be pushed around.
All the management cares about is that check at the end of the month.
It's a nightmare!
The air conditioning is a little box in the corner of the apartment that cools a 5 foot radius of the apartment and breaks every hour.
Rent increases every year by hundreds!!!!
We are ALWAYS washing our cars because of the bad parking area by sprinklers.
Just the other day our neighbor was waxing his car to repel the water coming from the sprinklers and one of the staff members roll up in their golf carts.
Our neighbor asked if the management could do something about the sprinklers and the staff member says "you are not allowed to wax your car!" I figure that that is a way to avoid any problems.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

I have to agree with you on the staff support, I have lived at the country woods apartment for approx 3 years now, The stove that is provided is the worst ever, when ever I try to cook I alway get smoked out from the electric stove burners, I hate it, and the air conditioning is a joke, you hit the nail on the head when you said a 5 ft radius is all that gets cooled, at night the apartment is sooooo extreemly hot and this is in the winter. anyway i dont want to seem like Im jumping on the band waggon, I have some complaints of my own, I asked the management if they could come in and paint my apartment, of course they said okay, but when the maintenace guy come he said oh no we dont do that we just touch up paint, how in the world are you going to just touch up a wall that is lived in for 3 years wont the touch up paint be a differnt color than the old paint? hello, any ways the maintence guy never came back to paint or touch up paint. not very professional for the high rent that is charged, oh also I would like to say that the our community in the apartments in very diverse with mostly non speaking korens, after comparing our rents amounts with each other I could not believe how the korens are taken advantage of, my rent compared to some of my friends is who have the same type of place that I do pay about 200 to 300 dollars more than what I pay, what is the deal with that?
