The laundry and pet fees suck

They charge a $30/mo pet fee even if you have an indoor cat that is not allowed outside, plus a $300 pet deposit.

Laundry facilities look new, but check out the 1-ft, shallow depth of those washing machines. What normally is 3 loads becomes 6, and with $1/load, it adds up. Dryers are just as undersized.
