Too bad they have turned to "Low Income"

Too bad these apartments and the apartments next to it have turned to "Low Income". Now we're going to have all the ghetto people living in a nice part of Brea and ruin it for the rest of us.

I guess they rather take trashy people in than not rent out the apartments at all.
