Best apartment for the money From: ezekiel1406@hotmail.com Date posted: 1/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I lived here for 1 year (2000-2001). The management was awesome. The complex is quiet, and well maintained. I will say the square feet of the 1 bedroom is not what the brochure said (700s.f.). I actually measured, the actual square footage is 625 of which 575 is the actual living space. The only way I figured the brochure could be correct is if you include the patio, then the total square feet is 700. Either way, if you can handle a slightly smaller 1 bedroom apartment, you will not find a better place to live. My rent did increase to market value at the end of the lease (FYI).
