The manager at this apartment complex is really nice and helpful. She is very compassionate and responds to complaints in a timely manner. Maintainance requests are handled very quickly. Usually the same day. Parking for guests is very limited. Also, if you look up directions to the apartment complex on a service like mapquest, it will take you to the back gate where you need a card key to get in. Guests need to enter from Maple. That part can be a little confusing. Also, on the side I live on, you can only get to the apartment by going up some stairs. If I had a friend in a wheelchair, they would not be able to get to my apartment.
