I lived here for one year and I can honestly say this is by far the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Martha was a wonderful manager and always took care of the residents like family. She always handles things right the first time. Maplewood is a small quiet garden-style apartment complex, close to everything in Brea...it is so quiet here and situated in a residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac...it is great taking walks at night. I lived in a one bedroom and it is a great size-the a/c really cools down the apartment fast, and the pool and spa are a real plus, too. You will feel very safe and happy to come home here. I did a lot of searching when I was looking for apartments, and by far Maplewood was the BEST, hands down! The only reason I'm moving is because I'm getting married and my fiance' has a house. Best of luck to you in your apartment search! (Pick Maplewood..you won't go wrong!!)
