Nice small complex

We've lived here for 3 years with our 2 dogs. We enjoy the quiet, Brea neighborhood, small complex (40 apartments), backyard, and security screen on the front door. The layout of each apartment includes 2 livingroom-type rooms and 2 bedrooms, one full bath.
The manager is AWESOME! He is always available in the evenings. He gives out a cellular number for any time of day phone calls. He lives here, too, so he has much interest in keeping up the complex.
Nice pool and spa, no gym. City of Brea has a GREAT gym and very reasonable fees.
If we could change anything, we would have laundry hookups in each apartment! There are only 5 washers and 7 dryers for the entire complex.
