Tenants are arranging a complaint list to send to corporation.
The onsite manager is never around and when he is he is not helpful.
The complex has rats, ants and various other insects.
The manager does not comply with simple requests and always has an excuse ready or wll simply hit on the women when they ask for his help.
If he would spend as much time on the complex as he does on hitting on the women he would have one great complex.
