Place is a DUMP From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   One word Asbestos! My unit is a complete dump termites and all. Everything looks to be from 30 years ago and is falling apart but the rent keeps going up. Place is quiet and that is good and I like the layout.
