Needs new manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   Owner doesn't really care about the place as long as mgr. collects rents and keeps repair costs low. Would be a nice place except you can't believe anything the mgr. says - he'll say whatever he thinks you want to hear to get you to move in, then is only nice to you and does repairs promptly (and w/o trying to blame you!) if you have something he wants. Definitely plays favorites among the tenants; seems to think he's some kind of military commander. Laundry room is never kept up. Too much money for what you get. It's a shame - could be a nice place.
