Good Brea location and allows pets.

If this complex had better mgmt it would be a decent place.

Mgmt is slow to make repairs; often need to call twice before getting a response.

Repairs done right when done by an outside company.

I had mold under the bathroom linoleum, asbestos popcorn ceiling falling down (it was never fixed), old smelly drains had to be snaked regularly (mgr tried to say it was my fault), really old appliances and heater.

Mgr's friends lived next door and were the worst noise offenders.

Had to call the cops regularly because mgr wouldn't do anything about it.

I had the apt cleaned before I left (including carpets) and they still kept part of my deposit for a cleaning fee because the "painters left a mess".

My car was vandalized while in the carport.

Laundry room is a dung hole despite repeated tenant complaints.

Don't move here.

You can do better elsewhere.
