Good for pet owners From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Nice neighborhood, good location close to downtown Brea. Carports are well-lit and security patrol comes by each night. Laundry room is decent and cleaner than described, not many machines though so you're better off doing it at off-peak hours. The main thing for me is that it's very pet-friendly and takes large dogs, which is hard to find.
