Apt, parking, amenities OK. Staff slow/non-responsive!

I have lived at Raintree for over 9 years with few problems. General maintenance issues are resolved satisfactorily but problem tracking and follow up seems non-existant.
Recent property improvements such as new automatic garage doors and DirecTV, in my opinion, have been managed and communicated poorly by the management staff at Raintree. Twice, maintenance and/or the subcontractor entered my garage space without notification. Nieither myself or my garage-mate were notified. The second time, his vehicle was damaged by whomever tried to repair the garage door. Had we been notified, the vehicle could have been moved out.
Since Consolidated Smart Systems took over the entertainment sytems on the complex, I have personally been out of all services for four days. Written notification was provided to Raintree management on day 1 with a request for a call back (no call received), multiple calls to Consolidated on Days 2 and 3 resulted in telephone responses that a technician was being dispatched, but it's now day 5 and myself and my neighbor are still without broadcast, cable, "community service", or DirecTV which I was advised by Consolidated prior to the upgrade would not be impacted during the upgrade process.
Would I recommend Raintree to a friend' No, however I think this is a nice, safe complex. As long as you don't expect too much from the management staff.
