Expensive Bug Lair

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Not a month went by that our apartment wasn't invaded by ants and/or spiders. Our neighbors were certainly from hell and management never did anything about it. The grounds are nice but the population is steadily declining and the price is going up, up, and away.
