I just recently moved in and I am already having many, many problems. For example, there is absoutely no water pressure. Quickly after I signed the lease I realized how incompetent the staff really is and that they are just out to earn a pretty penny. Even the manager is incompetent and in so many words verified to me that her staff is. I have lived here for 2 months and already regret signing a year lease. Another thing is gardeners and trashmen come at all hours of the day, everyday and we're paying a lot for this.

I agree, after moving in and living here one month I wanted out. The water pressure is terrible if you even have water. Every appliance, fixtures and air conditioners are very old. the carpet is commercial cleaned over and over again and after living there a few weeks yo will realize how old and dirty the carpet really is. The whole complex is invested with coch roaches. The laundry room machines will eat your money up very quickly without doing a wash, you use a card to initiate the machines the majority of the time it will deuct from your card and the machine will not start. It's a terrible place to live.
