My husband and I found this apartment complex to be a financial rip off. Security is a joke. We had to call 2-3 times and ended up being told to call the Brea police. Rules are not enforced. Very noisy at times. We moved out of a clean and well kept apartment receiving $5 of our deposit back. Find a better place if you're going to pay this much.

I totally agree with this review, management does not care about anythin that goes on including your car being stolen or broken into. Twenty cars were broken it not or stolen in December of 2005 and management could care less.
