Raintree is horrible! These apartments are not only very overpriced but they're not in the best of condition. The walls are paper-thing so you can hear everything! Not pleasant at all! They also don't care how many people live in each apartment and that can be quite frightening. For example, there were SIX men living in a single bedroom apartment near mine. They came and went at all hours of the morning and were so loud. Nothing but problems at this place.

I experienced the same thing: those 6 passed by my place at all hours of the night noisy as hell. They were DRUG DEALERS!!! I am told that Brea Police also live at Raintree: what a joke if they do since they don't seem to be able to spot drug dealers living at Raintree!
