Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Slamming of neighbors doors.
Constant spider problem.
Guaranteed rental increase every year.
Front gate - mostly nonfuctional.
Security' What security
Noisy gardeners - every morning @ 8 am
DirecTV - SUCKS - NOT OPTIONAL.

Apartments were clean and grounds well kept.
