Raintree is not that great!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Here's a list of my complaints...

1. Too many spiders.
2. Not enough parking.
3. Only option is DirecTV managed by a company called Consolidated Smart Systems. It always goes out when it rains and their techs can't fix it! The worst is that you have no other options.
4. Rent goes up every year.

If you can stand all that, then you'll love it hear!
