This apartment complex is very deceiving; at least two to three vehicles are brokern into or stolen a week. The apartment looks very clean at first appearance, however, once you move in you will notice how old everything is, the aaplainces, carpets, sinks, bath tub and air conditioner. Toilets overflow constantly, pipes in kitchen and bathrooms break often, the water pressure is very low and the faucet fixtures constantly have to be replaced due to the hard water. The complex is very noisy and you can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors. The laundry room is a complete rip off, you will loose at least $5.00 a month because the machines do not process the card adequately, the cost is deducted form the card and the machine never starts. I lost about $25.00 in the few months I was there.

Our vehicles were broken into and one car was stolen. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

too bad. I lived in Raintree in 1990 and it was really a nice place. I paid 675 for a 1 bedroom and thought that was a lot. Stayed there for 1 year before moving back to upstate NY.

I completly agree with you.The raintree manager is very bad. When i went to get a package they went in came out and said they didn't get it. Then when we went in to look it was on the top shelf. Then they found it, and also when we went to rent there was a tennant fighting but i just didn't notice.
