Overall, Raintree is a decent complex. We've lived there for almost 2 years and plan on staying.
Our rent has increased twice! $140 the first time and $150 the second time. They also let too many people live in one apartment and allow their employees to take parking spaces right in front of the office. It sucks when you have guests over and 3 of the parking spots are taken up by employees; they should have to park in the back and walk.
Grounds are kept up and when we've needed something fixed, they come out right away.
Recently, there has been a lot more foot traffic and loitering....
