Don't rent here: you will regret it.
Overpriced rent, no air conditioning, tenants parking in the firelane and management does NOTHING about it! If you call to report a car parked in the firelane, (which ALWAYS blocks access to a building), the staff will ask if you know who the owner of the car is! What a joke! They claim they can't tow a vehicle. Are they kidding'! Of course they can: the state of CA authorizes them to do so!!!

I HATE IT HERE I'M JUST WAITING FOR MY LEASE TO END BECAUSE I AM OUT OF HERE!!! NO PARKING!!
