I've lived at Raintree for almost 3 years now. The rent does go up each time my lease comes up for renewal but that is apartment life. It's happened to me in every other apartment I've lived in too. The rent is competative with the rest of the area. For the most part the complex is fairly quiet and the office staff are very friendly & helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly & the grounds are well maintained. The one big problem is parking. There are never enough spots available later in the evening. The other caution I would give is that Raintree is really not a gated community. The area is very nice...I've never felt unsafe but the gates don't work 1/2 the time and the other 1/2 all you have to do is follow someone else in to get onto the property.
