Pros: Clean Laundry Room, Nice Pools.
Cons: No central air conditioning, Ants, Spiders, Cockroaches!!!
Staff: Apathetic at best. Not sure why either.
Utilities: You have to split a water and garbage bill with all other residence. I would get a 75 Dollar water bill and I'd have a 6 dollar electric bill. How does that work again'
Their Rates are a high. When I resigned my lease for another year, they originally asked for 1,260 a month for a 1 bedroom. I negotiated to 1,160.

cant have been that bad if you resigned for a second year,i love living here and tyey staff are very friendly &helpful
