Been living her over 2 yrs,im a teacher in brea find this very convenient & has a great vibrancy about the place but also quiet tranquil with the trees and walkways.
Found the office staff very efficient,courteous & friendly,they were more than helpful when my dish washer broke on last weekend it was replaced the same day.I go for a walk most nights,the grounds are impeccable and it feels safe here.2 of my friends have also moved in on my reccommendation and they,re more than happy with their choices,1 of them had been looking for some time & seen some bad places for more money than here.
basically im very happy here and have no intension of leaving anytine soon,we,re very quick to post negative feedback,i just want to be appreciative of living in a place i love and say well done to the staff and keep up the good work and know some people apppreciate it.

This has to be an employee, this so not true. Go around and speak to any tenant, they will verify how out date the apartments are and how invested they are with coch roaches. The parking is a mess, there are 1 bedroom apartments with 5 people living in them and the drug use is abundant. The water pressure is terrible, the carpets are old and you will find after living in one after a few months it looks very worn.
