Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I've lived here for 2.5 years. It is very nice looking but...
1. Hardly any guest parking
2. Rude office staff
3. No curtains or window coverings of any kind allowed (except the vert. blinds they provide which aren't even all the same length.
4. Gates do no auto open upon exit on complex. you need a clicker to get in/out.
5. Not enough washers/dryers for size of complex.
6. Assigned parking can be on complete opposite side of where you live.
7. Ridiculous late fees if $$ not in their hands by 9 a.m. on the 2nd day of the month! I paid $50 once! It's 4% of your rent.
8. Ridiculous rent increases.
9. Use black lights to check your carpets then charge $25/stain!
10. No car washing or car maintenance allowed at any time on the grounds.
Shall I go on' The reason it looks so wonderful and cookie-cutter is because they are so strict with there tenants. You just don't want to live with that many rules and a b.itchy office staff and a message center that never gives the office their messages.
Avoid it at all costs!
