I didn't even move in but when I was apartment searching this seemed ideal. The unit I looked at was nice with laundry unit. The price was outrageouse for the space though, but everything seemed nice. The staff though from the start was horrible. I first showed up to view the apartment and the lady never spoke to us about their requirements to move in and never told us the prices. She was a nasty blonde that looked like she dyed her hair on too many times. Then the second time we went to see the deluxe apartment, the lady with dark hair had on spandex, they just shouldn't make spandex in that size...wel she was worse. Not pleasant at all. I got there and they had their sign up "will return at 1:15"
so i waited and when 1:20 came around i called the office, she answered and i said are you open today' she replied, "i am on a call when I am done I will open the doors." Well she showed us the property and told us all the rules of the complex, we were just turned off completely...horrible service. I called their corporate office, people like that should not work in a people realted field they should secluded in a cubical.
