Office managemant is quick to yell at you like you're a kid. Don't let them. The managemnet is mean and very unhelpful. They are usually trying to work some angle to charge you more money. Kiss that security good bye the day you move in. The maintence guys are nice and helpful try to deal with them only.

In response to your review it is just that Sherry lady that is mean and rude and unprofessional. She is just unhappy with her life b/c look what she amounted to. At least it is a month to month lease right? People in little positions will always be argumentative and on power trips. Don't be intimidated by them just always think logical and do not play their emotional warfare game. Hope that helps. Also, know the laws, read CA landlord-tenant law-knowledge is power.

I agree with reading the CA landlord-tenant law, I work within law. But basically if you listened like you should have on the day of move in to where the staffs go through every detail before you sign then there would be no problems. The people who normally complain are the ones who move in without actually reading what they are signing; any signature or witness required is considered a legally bound document. If every person read what was required and followed the rules that are required there would be no problems. And to the anonymous above before quoting that the manager is unhappy because of ??what she amounted to?? I??m sorry but that makes no sense, and you placing judgment on others is therefore making you just like the other complainers who have nothing better to do then judge what you do not know yourself. I live here and I enjoy it and recommend it to all people who like a manager who follows the rules, despite the children who go on here to have a ??power trip??.

I stay well within the rules. I can't help it if certain race of people are treated better than others by the Management. I can't help it when people park in my assigned parking spot. While Sherry allows other people to parking in handicap spots like it's a second parking space that is literally 10 feet away from the assigned spots. Sound fair to you!?!?! Power trip??? Sounds stage?? Nice try Monkeys.
