I have lived at Tamarack Pointe for nearly 4 years now. As far as apartment living goes, I rate this very high. There are only 2 major drawbacks. 1) Lack of soundproofing and 2) Traffic noise on Central Ave
The staff have treated me with great respect. I have no complaints whatsoever with the management and/or maintenance team here. Any rigidity is the result of strict corporate rule policy which is followed to the letter. Don't expect anybody to make exceptions!
I don't understand or agree with the monthly fee for having a pet!
