After reading everyone comments, some are truly unfair. I moved here one month ago and I have seen alot of GREAT changes. The grounds are manicure and well kept and the building is fairly clean and according to management alot of great changes coming our way. Brea is not East La and never will. Regarding the rooms too small, this is untrue, I currently live in the smaller 2 bedroom floor plan and the bedroom are standard size, If your are looking for a HUGE Bedroom you should not be looking for an apartment; look for a house. We are very happy here and the School District is the BEST in the Country.
