Save yourself the headache

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
there are so many wonderful apartments in Brea, don't consider this place. Horrible mangement, inferior AC. Not enough parking for the current residents, not to mention if you happen to own two cars. Once I became fed up enough (after a substantial rent increas) I decided to leave. We I was chared $700 to replace the carpet, even tough we were there for 2 years and they were going to have to replace it anyways. So I had to go to court to overturn this. MAJOR headache. Save yourself the nightmare.
