The maintanance is horrible there are 2 guys that work for 142 unit complex never get around to fixing things and then when they do it isn't fixed right. The management doesn't care about your complaints until you call corporate and even then good luck!!! The noise is unbearable, you can hear every footstep, especially if they put fat people above you. Everything stops working at one point, or something leaks or you have no hot water or your heater pilot always turns off. I'm totally being honest in my year and a half living here I had a sewage flood, a major gas pipe broken, constant leaking inthe bathroom, hot water would come and go. They ended up paying me to move.
