First off, I have a kid. But the kids in this apartment complex are very loud and are often screaming at the pool until 9 or 10 on a regular basis. The wall unit AC is awful. It cools the dining area, but the bedrooms remain very hot. It often takes multiple requests to the office to get something fixed. The washers & dryers don't work very well- you would be better off at a launderymat. The hot water frequently goes out. There is an insect problem (ants, spiders, and oh yes roaches). There are a lot of nicer places to live in the area. Spend a little extra and go some place else and hopefully your experience won't be like mine and the others that have written here...
