problems with hot water From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I wouldn't recommend this place cause after talking to many people in the complex, it is clear they have and have had for at least 6 years a problem with hot water and the gas. Unless they completely change their water system, I wouldn't move here. The water in my kitchen isn't even hot enough to sanitize my dishes. In the shower hot water comes and goes.
