We've lived here for at least 4 years and have had many problems with hot water being turned off; a lot of smokers. A lot of kids and college students making noise in late hours because lights in the basketball courts are on until late. Yes, they smoke pot. Doors and windows are crappy. No central air/heat. Washer/Dryers are not kept clean. Dog poop not picked up as you walk around the property. Several changes in managers; recently, they have been replacing doors with nicer doors and maintenance is improved.
