Yes true it was horrible the hot water and gas problems. But the water situation has been solved the manager is always very concerned and follows up. When she forgets is always apologetic and gets it done. The new Maint. man is great and the whole staff is so approachable and thoughtful. Yes there is some parking issues and kids hanging out sometimes, but this is not the office fault, they do try to make it a comfortable home and care the residents as much if not more once we move in.
