I have lived here for only a short time but have had to make numerous complaints about the noise. There's no time limit on the pool so you can have peoeple out there at all hours in the summer. It's true what one reviewer expressed about the smokers..there are many. They hang out on the stairs and on the patios and don't care where the smoke goes. They have even started smoking pot recently. They also like to leave their discarded butts all over the grounds. The apartments are excrutiatingly HOT and the air conditioners don't work very well. I had to take my dog to doggie day camp during the heat wave this summer...it was just too uncomfortable for her. There are no dishwashers, and they don't do a very good clean up job before you move in. Don't even get me started on the parking and I can never get into the laundry room. Management doesn't return phone calls promptly but Jose the maintenace guy is just great. Very nice and helpful. I still have a ways to go on my lease but I plan to move as soon as I can.
