Tamarack Woods Apartments

Altogether, not so great, but the price is okay... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived in the apartments for about 6 months now. I was never informed which spaces were truly mine. I had to call and leave numerous messages. If you're ever late on your rent buy even 4 days they send your contract to a collection agency and lawyers'!'! I have never heard of this. This place stresses me out! No one even walked with me through the apartment when it was ready. I have a broken screen, spider webs on my ceiling, and spiders everywhere! My toilet broke, I left messages and no one called me to schedule an appt to have it fixed for days. Maintenance people are nice and fast, just not informed by upper management. Basically, I'm not planning on living here for much longer. Good luck!
