I am very happy here. I am recently divorced with 3 kids and it's the perfect place for us. People who live in apartments need to realize that it is communal living. Yes, there will be noises outside your window and loud children screaming or laughing at the pool. My kids are having fun at the pool and they are outdoors, so that's where screaming is allowed. The grounds are always kept up nicely, and staff is friendly. Any time I have called for maintenance (flickering light in kitchen, vertical blinds problem), it has been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. As apartments go, this place is really great great and looks nice all the time!
