I like it here...

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Sure management has changed often since we've been here (I think we've seen about 4 managers) but have never had any problems with any of them. Our current manager Patti is really nice and very responsive to any of our needs. When something breaks Raul (maintenance guy) is there to fix it right away. Pests are never a problem, which is a big deal for me because I HATE spiders and other bugs and don't see much around compared to other apartments I've lived at.
Also, We just recently switched units from a 2bed to a 1bed because our roommates moved out and we got almost our entire deposit back!!
As far as noise goes, (and we've lived next to young adults and now kids) it stays relatively quiet and everyone seems very respectful of others... I'm a full time student so I'm usually up late studying and like my peace and quiet.
Parking is the best I've seen... you get one assigned covered space (for 1bed) and 2 assigned (for 2bed) and you can rent as many additional spaces as you need.
My only complaints are that it does tend to get a little hot in the summer but keeping the shades drawn and having a few fans helps. The groundskeepers can be a little loud at times with their leaf blowers but I guess its a fair trade off for having such well groomed landscaping. There is one laundry facility on the property and it can be kind of far depending on where you live, but it always seems empty because washers and dryers are always available, even on weekends when Ive gone in there.
The apartments themselves are bigger than most (approx 750 sq feet for 1bed and 1200 sq ft for 2bed) and although they are kind of old, the new apt that we just moved into had upgraded appliances and the walls were painted.
Overall, we like these apartments and plan on staying here until we can save up for our own place. I tried to be as objective as possible in this review but its hard because I like this place a lot and would recommend them to anyone. Anyhow, I hope future tenants find this review helpful.
