It's okay except you have to be on a List

I lived here for 12 years as the place went through dramatic changes. Once the final renovation was completed it became low income housing. Luckily we were poor enough to afford this place, and it was okay. They don't offer security but they do offer you thin walls so if your getting robbed don't worry your neightbors will hear, and hopefully call the cops. The neighbors are the watch dogs of these complexes, and they make sure to share anything they find out to you free of charge. You just have to make sure you keep on top of your paper work, and make sure you're there for their bi-yearly inspections. It's in a great location with great schools, so you deal with it. The one big unfortunate thing about it is there's a waiting list to get an apartment, and you have to have a certain income bracket. Moved away four years ago and still miss it. It sucked at times but it was home.
