Pros and Cons of Raintree - I lived in Raintree for about ten years. Overall, I think it was a great place to live. Apartments are only as good as your neighbors so if you have bad neighbors you are out of luck even in the best apartments. All my comments relate to the junior one bedroom I was in. I LOVE IT HERE My daughter and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and love almost everything about it - especially the staff. The girls in the office are great and the maintenance is quick and reliable. We'll stay here until I can afford to rent or buy a house.
