I lived there for 2 years. The only positive things about this place are the floorplans being so large, and you get a garage. Other than that, this place is a joke.

The new manager is the laziest, most unprofessional manager I've ever encountered at a complex. She is rarely in the office, and when she is, she's not of any help.
It's impossible to get someone to answer the phone or just do their job in there!

The apartments are built really poorly. There are cracks everywhere, the insulation sucks, and the ants come in every crevice, crack, and unfinished gap in the place. Doors don't match up, fixtures are loose, and caulking isn't done properly. We constantly were repairing and finishing things.

The place is going further and further downhill. They've let more and more people who shouldn't be in here, in. If I'm paying almost $2000 for an apartment, I don't want to deal with all of these people in here who can't afford rent, are unruly and trash the place.

They have a variety of rules that you must sign when you move in. They are all reasonable and seem like they put them in place to make this a nice place to live.
Problem is, they don't enforce them. At all. And if you're on their "favorites," they're especially not enforced.

The parking is a joke. Many people don't use their garages, but even so most people have 1 or 2 more cars then would fit in their garage. There are abandoned vehicles everywhere and people who take up 2 spots, etc.

Noise is all dependent on who your neighbors are. Our building was pretty good at the end, but we had some terrible neighbors come and go. And again, doesn't matter how much you complain, they'll do NOTHING about it.

The maintenence guys are good, and pretty on top of things. No complaints there.

Again with the rules.. Dog poop is everywhere. Even though you're supposed to dispose of it if you have a dog. Seriously, don't walk on the grass. No kids in the pool alone (unless you're a favorite, then it's fine). Business center' Never works.
Gym' A bunch of equiptment gets broken and never replaced. Park' Grafitti and unruly children all over it. I recommend no kids under 7, or they might not come back alive.

Overall, I do NOT recommend this place. You'll tour it, and love the space, but you won't love anything else once you move in. Before this new manager came in, I probably would've recommended it. Not now. I refused to stay after she came. This place is extremely unprofessional and turning into the projects. At least there, the manager might care enough to actually do her job.
