Arbor Ridge has really gone downhill... I have lived here for about 2 years.. In the beginning I loved it... The management was pleasant, professional and seemed to be on top of the complex. A new manager came in and it all went to hell! She is horribly unreliable, unprofessional and cannot seem to keep a handle on her staff. The office staff is constantly talking bad about one another and other residents. The type of residents that this complex is allowing to move in as of late are horrible!!! Its turning into a bottom of the barrel projects. For a place that seems to have had so much potential, it really has gone downhill... I blame the management!!!!
