Not to be rude, but this place is the biggest dump I have seen in Brentwood. My door is always locked and my car alarm is always armed. A lady last month had some one break into her apt., her bag and her new car where stolen with her own keys!! The apt are not taken care of and the grounds keeper has to work way too hard to keep up with the million kids that run around this place.. My floor is lifting and my sink has overflowed three times ruining my belongings and flooding my apartment with rancid rotten food!! All because they wont tell my upstairs neighbor that they cant stick "everything" down the drain. they also did NOT Clean it the second time. My smoke alarms go off for no reason and my water heater has been "replaced" and the damn thing still makes gurgling noises in the middle of the night. Thats funny someone else hates the stupid shopping carts, LOL. I think you get the idea! This place is embarrassing and frankly dangerous. This is a prime example of people using the system.. Its funny some of these "poor" people drive very expensive cars!' GHETTO with a capital "G". Most of the people that live here are on some state program, and the management loves this its a guaranteed pay check for them. Its apparent when they hand people that pay rent for a living eviction notices for unrelated incidents and bring in another state pay check. First chance I get I'm out...
