This property is in horrible shape. The apartments are roach infested. The appliances are broken. There is structual damage to most of the units. The property owners are for the most part unwilling to fix maintenance problems. The property is low budgeted and the manager is very unrespectful and degrading. This property is supposed to help low income people get the resources they need and help them. Instead it holds them back and pursecutes them
